Official Brown County criminal records come from the Nebraska office that created or maintains them. The contacts below route court cases to the two trial-court counters in Ainsworth and law-enforcement records to the Brown County Sheriff's Office. Statewide criminal-history requests belong with the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division. This private reference site does not receive or process government record requests.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve criminal records, perform official checks, correct or remove an entry, or accept an adult-sealing or set-aside filing. Contact the government office that holds the record.
